Hall Availability For Overnight Camps

With effect from 20 September 2016, due to difficulties in validating insurance cover and in order to protect the Council of Management of Telscombe Parish Hall and the hirers of the hall should any accidents occur, the use of inflatable activity equipment such as Bouncy Castles will not be allowed during any hire period. Potential hirers should review the excluded activities list (link in the left panel of this page) before making a booking and paying the non refundable deposit.

The Bookings Secretary will check availability or contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Once your requirements are agreed the Treasurer will issue an Estimate for you to accept and once accepted an invoice will be issued detailing when the deposit and final payment are due.

For all Residentials a non refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking and the balance must be paid at least 28 days before the start of the Residential.

Insurance Cover is not available for all activities that you may wish to use the hall for. Please review the list of the Excluded Activities. If your hire involves any of these activities we will not be able to accept your booking.
