Hall Availability

To check the availability of the the hall for your preferred dates and times, please complete the Booking Enquiry Form below.

The Bookings Secretary will check availability or contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Once your requirements are agreed an invoice will be issued.

Payment will be required in full on issue of invoice to secure the booking.

If the booking is cancelled more than 6 months before the booked date a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. After 6 months, no refund will be issued.

Insurance Cover is not available for all activities that you may wish to use the hall for. Please review the list of the Excluded Activities by clicking on the link below. If your hire involves any of these activities we will not be able to accept your booking.
